Testimonials

What some clients say

Read how therapy made a difference in their lives - in the words of those who chose to share their experience.

  • Dedication and patience

Had I not met the psychologist, and had I not followed her guidance exactly, my child might now be living with a disability. My child is developing normally thanks to her professional dedication, her professionalism, her love for children and her unwavering perseverance in the fight against the illness. I recommend her with all my heart as an exceptional professional!

  • Professionalism

I wholeheartedly recommend psychologist Aurelia Bogdan for the professionalism she has shown. Without her help we would not have managed to overcome some of the problems we had with our son. She helped us enormously and we thank her from the bottom of our hearts!

    Mr. VasilescuClient
  • Passion

I recommend her with complete confidence! Professionalism, dedication and commitment. Some painful events in my life had led me into depression and extremely low self-esteem. After seven months of working with her, I see things positively and my path in life is much better!

    Mrs. BrândușaClient
  • Commitment and adaptability

I warmly recommend her after almost three years at her practice! We attended a parenting course, an experience that helped us greatly in our relationship with our children and also in our relationship as a couple. Therapy also helps our son, both in his relationship with us and above all socially, at school, where he now manages to connect with others and focus on what he has to do!

Frequently asked questions

Some of the questions I hear most often

Why do emotional and mental health matter?

Emotional and mental health are essential to a balanced and happy life: they support healthy relationships, resilience under stress, greater productivity, the prevention of physical illness and continuous personal growth.

Will it work for me too?

Every person is unique, and the response to therapy can vary. Even so, most people who engage in the therapeutic process with openness and perseverance notice significant improvements. It is important to be patient with yourself along this journey. My aim is to support you in finding the solutions that are right for you.

Can some problems be prevented?

Even if you feel well now, looking after your emotional and mental health through therapy can be a valuable preventive step. Regular therapy can help you manage stress better, develop healthy coping strategies and prepare for future challenges. Prevention is often easier than treatment, and therapy can be an excellent way to make sure you stay on a balanced, positive path.

How long does psychological support last?

In the integrative psychotherapeutic approach, the length of the work can be grouped as follows:

  • Short-term work: 4–12 sessions – suited to specific difficulties (situational anxiety, stress management, adjusting to change).
  • Medium-term work: 12–24 sessions – helpful for relationship difficulties, moderate trauma or behavioural change.
  • Long-term work: more than 24 sessions – recommended for complex issues, deep trauma or long-term personal development.

For more difficult themes, the therapeutic process can last several months or even years, depending on individual needs.
